Our chewing roots offer high chewing resistance and are therefore also suitable for dogs with a strong bite. They offer months of natural chewing pleasure for your dog.
We use the hardwood of a Mediterranean heather bush that grows wild in Italy's forests. For fire safety reasons, these unmanaged forest areas must be regularly cleared of bushes. We use this 100 % natural, untreated wood for our Chewies chews.
All chewy roots are unique and differ in shape, size, color and weight.

Dogs have an innate natural need to chew. This species-typical instinct is very important for them. Natural, hard woods such as our Chewies chewing roots are ideal for this. The chew roots have a compact structure that is very stable and encourages gnawing and chewing.
In contrast to sticks from the forest, our chewing sticks are low-risk. The wood is harder and the chewing roots disintegrate into flakes. The wood flakes, which become soft through chewing and salivation, are harmless if swallowed.
